Thank you so much for purchasing from us and we hope you love your NxC product(s) as much as we do.
Each piece is carefully checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, please review our returns policy below.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
All returns require prior approval by email and are not guaranteed.
Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be received in their original condition.
This means:
• Unused, unworn, and unmarked
• All original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging, including stuffing and protective coverings
• Partial returns are permitted, provided all conditions related to the returned item are met.
Items that show any signs of use, wear, odour, handling, or missing components will not be accepted.
Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable if there is any sign of use.
This includes, but is not limited to, makeup brushes and beauty tools.
Items showing any signs of use, wear, handling, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.
Complimentary / Free Gifts
Where an item is returned that qualified for a complimentary or promotional gift, that gift is linked to the returned item for refund eligibility.
• Complimentary gifts must be unused to retain eligibility for a refund on the associated item
• If a complimentary gift shows any sign of use, the associated return will be ineligible for a refund
• If unused, complimentary gifts must be returned with the associated item
Partial returns are permitted, provided all conditions related to the returned item are met.
How to Request a Return
All returns must be approved before sending anything back.
To request a return, please email returns@nxclondon.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Returns must be sent using a tracked and insured service
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection & Refunds
All approved returns are inspected on arrival.
If accepted:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Please allow up to 10 business days after inspection for processing
If a return does not meet the conditions outlined above, it will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
